These teas are very effective both in fat burning and lose weight. By using this method, you will lose weight in fastest way with doing nothing.

Ginger Tea

• Fresh ginger between 2,5-5 cm
• 1 lemon
• 4 cups of water
• 1 tablespoon honey

Firstly boil 4 cups of water.  Remove from the stove. Put fresh ginger inside the pot and leave to brew for 4-5 minutes. Strain the tea and add honey and lemon juice. Drink 2-3 glasses per day.

• 1 tablespoon roasted dandelion powder
• 1 cm grated fresh ginger
• 1 piece cardamom seed
• 4-5 mint leaves
• 1.5 cups of water
• 1-2 dessertspoon honey

Boil all ingredients without honey into the water for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and add honey. Drink 2-4 cups per day.

• 1 dessertspoon green tea or green tea leaves
• 1 cup of water
• 4-5 pieces mint leaves
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Licorice Root Tea

• 1 cup of water

Senna Tea

• 1 dessertspoon senna tea
• 1.5 cups of water
• Honey

Boil senna tea and water between 5-10 minutes and leave to brew. Sweeten with honey then drink 1 cup of mixed-tea per day for 40 days.

Fennel Tea

• Cumin seeds
• Coriander seeds
• Fennel seeds
• Honey
• Water

Pour pulverized coriander seeds, pulverized fennel seeds and pulverized cumin seeds in a bowl of equal amounts. Boil both one cup of water and one teaspoon of seeds mixture together for 5 minutes. Then strain the tea and sweeten with honey. Drink this tea 10 cups per day till you get the result in 2-3 weeks.

Hibiscus Tea

• 1 tablespoon hibiscus
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 3-4 pieces dried apples
• 2-3 cm stick vanilla (Cut from end to end)
• 2 cups of water

Boil all ingredients on the stove for 2 minutes. Brew on low heat for 3 minutes. Then strain the tea and service. Do not drink more than 2 cups per day.

• 1 piece cucumber
• 1 piece lemon

• 1-liter water
• 2 dessertspoon green tea
• 1 dessertspoon rosemary
• 1 dessertspoon calluna leaf
• 1 dessertspoon mate leaf
• 1 dessertspoon thyme
